I turn messy work
into systems
that run.

What I actually do
I work where execution gets complicated.
Select a capability to filter the case studies below to the work that demonstrates it.
Proof, not promises
Proof, not promises.
The strongest evidence of how I work is what I've already built, organized, and improved.
How I think
I don't wait for the checklist.
01
Understand
Gather context, clarify the objective, and understand what actually needs to happen.
02
Diagnose
Identify bottlenecks, missing information, dependencies, and risks.
03
Build
Create the workflow, system, documentation, website, content, or process needed.
04
Own
Follow through, communicate progress, verify completion, and improve the system.
Interactive demonstration
Give me a messy problem.
Paste a real (or realistic) message — an ambiguous client request, a stalled project, a vague founder note — and see how I'd break it down. A sample is pre-filled.
0/7 steps
- 01Extract the requests
- 02Identify the dependency
- 03Assign / follow up
- 04Flag the risk
- 05Communicate
- 06Verify
- 07Improve

- Direct AI-assisted content production
- Design and optimize the website
Accomplishments

Result
Marketing runs as a repeatable system across strategy, content, channels, and optimization.

Why I work differently
I don't just complete tasks. I close loops.
- Request
- Understand
- Assign
- Track
- Follow up
- Verify
- Communicate
- Document
- Improve
A task isn't finished because someone says it's done. It's finished when the outcome is clear, verified, communicated, and no longer requires someone to chase it.

About
A technologist who learned the business side.
I'm a technology-trained professional who evolved across web development, IT leadership, client operations, marketing, digital systems, and executive-level business support. I hold a BS in Information Technology and a Master's in Information Technology, and I've spent the years since building websites, running an IT function, coordinating high-volume client delivery, and owning marketing systems end to end.
That mix is the point: I can talk to a developer about a build, to an executive about priorities and risk, and to a client about what happens next — and then use AI-assisted workflows and documented systems to make sure it actually gets done.
Today, I'm looking for my next full-time opportunity — ideally with a founder, executive, or growing team that values ownership, initiative, technology, and continuous improvement.
